<div>Zoom will be enforcing minimum client versions, as outlined in their Software Lifecycle Policy, on November 2, 2024. About 120 Cornell users were unable to complete Cornell Two-Step Login (Duo) during the overnight from Tuesday, October 22, 2024 to 5am on Wednesday. Cornell IT staff believe the problem is now resolved.

<div>The message "This is a marker file generated by the precompilation tool, and should not be deleted!" has appeared on TeamDynamix application desktops and report modules.&nbsp;<br><br>IT staff and the vendor are investigating.<br><br>Closing and restarting the web browser is reported to solve the issue for some users.<br><br><br></div>

<div>Cornell's TeamDynamix team and the vendor have noticed errors and are investigating. The issue may have affected the execution of some ticket workflows that make calls to the TeamDynamix API.<br><br>The vendor has implemented a fix intended to address the issue and are monitoring.</div>

<div>KFS, Cynergy, eShop, and Cynergy Applications will be down for a patch release this Sunday from 6am to 12pm noon EST.</div>

<div>UPDATE: Microsoft's testing and telemetry indicate their configuration update has successfully mitigated individual performance issues with Outlook.<br><br>According to Microsoft, individuals impacted by the earlier issues will need to take action to apply the configuration changes and remediate the impact.</div><ul><li>Outlook client and app users should restart their client or app to apply Microsoft's changes.</li><li>Outlook on the web users should refresh their sessions.
