Verizon devices across the Ithaca campus may not be connecting as expected with services like Duo. CIT will continue monitoring Verizon's progress in restoring their network.</div>
<div>UPDATE: CIT and DPS are still investigating why some calls from on-campus emergency phones to the Department of Public Safety (DPS) Dispatch may have static, may not connect, or lack location information. The issue was first reported Monday afternoon, October 13, 2025.</div>

A new user experience for the Concur Travel module will go live for Cornell users on February 13. The new interface features a refreshed, modern design consistent with the Expense and Request modules.
