Procurement Services
Orders that are funded by sponsored or federal funds, i.e., KFS fund group CG or sub-fund group APFEDL, must comply with both Cornell University policy and the policies of the sponsor and/or the federal government.
Sponsors may include their procurement terms and conditions in agreements. All federally funded purchases must comply with the Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200). Before using these funds, the purchaser and their unit should know their award's requirements. They must also inform the Shared Services Center of award-specific requirements that go beyond standard Uniform Guidance federal terms for the purchase.
