<div>On Friday, Sept 25, 2026, from 7-11pm, the hosting vendor Contegix/Valiantys will perform an upgrade of the Confluence Wiki application. People who use Confluence will not be able to access/update the Confluence Wiki Production application during the maintenance window. After its completion, IT will confirm that the system is working.&nbsp;</div>

<div>Kuali Financial System (KFS) and eShop will be unavailable during a patch release this Sunday, September 27, 2026, from 6am-12pm EST.</div>

<div>PeopleSoft Campus Solutions will be upgraded to the latest PeopleTools 8.62 version, from 8.62.05 to 8.62.11. The service will be unavailable between Friday, Oct 2nd, 2026, at 9pm, through Saturday, Oct 3rd, 2026, on or before 12pm for this upgrade. The following services will be unavailable during the maintenance window: PeopleSoft Student Center, Faculty Center, Student Essentials, Contributor Relations, Student Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Records, Student Financials, Student Employment (PSES), ePay.</div>

<div>The CUVPN service appliances will undergo a minor release upgrade recommended by the vendor. There will be no service interruption, although the upgrade will be applied on each appliance on different days as a precaution.</div>

<div>On September 19, 2026, from 6:00pm to 10:00pm, the hosting vendor Contegix/Valiantys will perform an upgrade of the Jira Application. After completion, IT will confirm that the system is working.</div>

<div>PeopleSoft Student Center, Faculty Center, Student Essentials, ePay, Student Admissions, Contributor Relations, Financial Aid, Student Financials, Student Records, and Student Employment (PSES) may be unavailable on Thursday, September 24, between approximately 3:00am and 7:00am for the migration of online and batch objects to PeopleSoft Production (PSPROD).</div>

<div>At approximately 4:30am this morning Salesforce experienced a widespread outage. A rollout is currently in progress to restore the service. Users may be unable to log in, or find that many Salesforce services are unavailable. There is not currently an estimated time for the rollout to complete, but we have seen a marked improvement in availability since earlier this morning.</div>
