<div>There are reports of issues when trying to authenticate with Two-Step Login (Duo). The vendor is investigating. Push responses are leading to an error, "Page access not allowed. Your Duo account does not have access to this application. Please contact your IT help desk."</div>
<div>In support of the Rhodes Hall elevator replacement project, the CIT Rhodes Hall data center will be without generator backup power starting at 8:00pm on Saturday, February 15, 2025 through 8:00am Sunday, February 16, 2025. During this time, the data center will run on normal building power. Some systems in the Rhodes Hall Data center are also on UPS battery-backup. In the event of a building power failure or other power issue while the generator offline, any systems not on UPS battery-backup will go down immediately.

A new user experience for the Concur Travel module will go live for Cornell users on February 13. The new interface features a refreshed, modern design consistent with the Expense and Request modules.

Campus DNS and NTP service has three servers and the other two are functioning normally. Queries to the impacted server may present a slow response time before an attempt is made to contact another.</div>
<div>Microsoft is deprecating Outlook legacy tokens with their introduction of a new authentication protocol, Nested App Authentication (NAA). The deprecating of Outlook legacy tokens will impact the Zoom for Outlook add-in's s ability to access calendar data. <br><br>To ensure continued functionality of the Zoom for Outlook add-in, it is necessary to transition the add-in's authentication to NAA. This is a rescheduled change, to take place Thursday, February 6, 2025, between 2:30pm and 3:00pm.
<div>On Sunday, February 9, 2025, between 6am to 12pm EST, KFS, Cynergy, eShop, and Cynergy Applications will be unavailable during a patch release.</div>
