<div>Update: Service to Confluence has been restored, but is running slow. The vendor continues to work toward a resolution.&nbsp;<br><br>Confluence users have been encountering performance issues. IT staff are working with the vendor to address the cause and monitoring the situation.</div>

<div>The hosting vendor Contegix will perform an upgrade of the Jira Application. After its completion a checkout will be done.</div>

<div>On Thursday, January 23, 2025, between 5:00-7:00am, PeopleSoft Student Center, Faculty Center, Student Essentials, ePay, Student Admissions, Contributor Relations, Financial Aid, Student Financials, Student Records, and Student Employment (PSES) may be unavailable during the migration of online and batch objects to PeopleSoft Production (PSPROD).<br><br>Servers may be down for a period of time during the indicated window; the PeopleSoft application will be unavailable to web users while the servers are down.

<div>On Friday, January 24, 2025, between 7:00-11:00pm, hosting vendor Contegix will upgrade the Confluence Wiki application. During the maintenance window, users will be unable to access or update the Confluence Wiki Production application.<br><br>After maintenance work is complete, a checkout will be done.<br><br></div>

<div>On Thursday, January 16, 2025, from 2:00am to 6:00am, CIT Network Services will be upgrading the AAA (ClearPass) infrastructure.&nbsp;<br><br>During the maintenance window, new CU VPN and new wireless connections may fail.</div>

<div>Qualtrics is giving notifications to some individuals trying to send a large number of survey invitations that a weekly email limit has been reached and they should try again later. Cornell staff are attempting to raise this limit on a per-account basis and have contacted Qualtrics Support to address the issue.
