<div>Domain controller AD11 will be retired from service. Work begins on Thursday, April 24, 2026, at 8am. After a week of monitoring, it will be removed on Friday, May 1, 2026. No noticeable impact to authentication is expected. Any service or application that has AD11.cornell.edu hard coded in its config should be updated as soon as possible. Volume of traffic to this domain controller will be easily absorbed by the remaining two domain controllers for AWS specific logins.</div>

<div>On Sunday, April 26, 2026, from 5-10am, PeopleSoft Student Center, Faculty Center, Student Essentials, ePay, Student Admissions, Contributor Relations, Financial Aid, Student Financials, Student Records, and Student Employment (PSES) will be unavailable for regularly scheduled server maintenance. This maintenance may not require the fully scheduled time.</div>

<div>KFS, Cynergy, eShop, and Cynergy Applications will be unavailable during a patch release this Sunday, April 26, 2026, from 6am-12pm EST.</div>

<div>On Friday, April 17th at 5:00am, CIT Network Engineering will patch the code on the Aruba wireless controllers to address a high CPU issue. Wireless connectivity for the Ithaca, Geneva, and NY Tech will be unavailable for approximately 15-20 minutes.</div>

<div>On Friday, April 17, 2026, from 7-11pm, Contegix/Valiantys will upgrade the Confluence Wiki application. CIT will perform a checkout after the upgrade is complete.</div>

<div>On Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 12am-2pm, version 12.2 of TeamDynamix will be rolled out. Full release notes will be shared closer to the release date, but an article covering&nbsp;<a href="https://it.cornell.edu/news/teamdynamix-will-upgrade-122-may-16-2026">some of the scheduled changes</a> is available now.</div>

<div>Opening or downloading attachments may not work in Outlook on the Web. Access to Exchange Online mailboxes may also be intermittent.</div>

<div>The Confluence Wiki Service is having performance issues. CIT has contacted the hosting provider and is working to resolve the issue.</div>
