<div>There is a power outage in CCC which is impacting network services on central campus.</div>

<div>Confluence is experiencing issues and may not be available consistently. A case has been filed with the vendor to restart the application and do root cause analysis.</div>

<div>On Sunday, February 22, 2026, from 6-8am, the Oracle Analytics Server dashboards at https://oasprod.db.cornell.edu/analytics will be down for maintenance while the application receives the latest patch.</div>

<div>On Tuesday, February 24th between 4:00am and 7:00am, CIT will be working with external vendors to move outdoor cellular and internal cellular DAS connections to new fiber circuits. VMC DAS (indoor cellular at VMC) and Verizon Cellular Service (outdoor cellular service across campus) will be intermittently unavailable / degraded as circuits are moved one-by one.</div>

<div>On Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at the direction of IT leadership, Cornell will complete its accelerated enforcement of DMARC policies.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>After the implementation, all email messages from “@cornell.edu” addresses that fail DMARC will be blocked worldwide, not just locally.

<div>At this time, we will blocking several domains from being able to join meetings and webinars hosted on the Cornell Zoom instance. These domains are associated with unwanted capture and recording services which have been joining Cornell Zoom events, recording the event, and then re-hosting these recordings as a commercial offering (without consent from the event host or the university). Individuals who have already added custom domain blocks will have their prior settings overridden by this change, and these settings will be locked.

<div>At this time, a periodic de-provisioning of Cornell Zoom user accounts will take place. Cornell Zoom accounts associated with individuals who no longer have a university affiliation that provides access to Zoom (such as alumni, retirees, etc.) will be unlinked from the Cornell Zoom instance, converting those Zoom accounts to free/personal accounts.</div>
