<div>PeopleSoft Student Center, Faculty Center, Student Essentials, ePay, Student Admissions, Contributor Relations, Financial Aid, Student Financials, Student Records, and Student Employment (PSES) may be unavailable on Thursday, April 10, 2025, between approximately 4am and 7am for the migration of online and batch objects to PeopleSoft Production (PSPROD).</div>

<div>KFS, Cynergy, eShop, and Cynergy Applications will be down for a patch release this Sunday from 6am to 12pm noon EST.</div>

<div>On Tuesday, April 8, 2025, from 5-7am, we will be migrating the DFS [Distributed File system] servers that support Shared File Services through files.cornell.edu to a new virtualization platform. Attempts to establish a new connection may experience issues during this timeframe as the servers are migrated.

<div>Update: The vendor reports no change to the status of this issue. However, they are proceeding to release incorrectly quarantined email messages back to users’ inboxes to fully remediate the incident's impact.<br><br>Previously, Microsoft announced that inbound email messages are being incorrectly quarantined with false alerts in Exchange Online. This resulted from their detection metrics for phishing or spam email messages falsely targeting legitimate email messages.

<div>Cornell IT is sharing an update regarding the on-going outage for Academic Jobs Online (AJO) that began March 19, 2025. This system is used in the academic hiring process. According to our peers, the outage is impacting institutions around the world.<br><br></div><div>Human Resources is in contact with the vendor, but the timeline for restoring service remains uncertain. Additional details and guidance have been shared with campus partners via email.</div><div><br><br><br></div>

<div>CU Print will be unavailable starting at 9am on Monday, March 31 for a server migration.&nbsp; The outage is expected to last about an hour.</div>

<div>Shared File Services will be upgrading the NAS cluster in Rhodes Hall beginning at 6am ET on Saturday, March 29, 2025.</div>
