Performance Issue - Microsoft 365 Exchange Email Connection issues

<div>UPDATE: The vendor has begun a broadly expedited deployment of the configuration change across all affected infrastructure and expects all impacted Exchange Email customers will experience relief within the next two hours<br><br>Previously, Microsoft 365 Exchange Email Connection issues were reported by customers in Ithaca and at Weill Cornell Medicine. Exchange customers may not be able to access their mailbox using any connection method.

Scheduled Service Change - Release of New TeamDynamix 12 user interface

<div>TeamDynamix version 12 will be implemented for Cornell IT technicians on Saturday, July 19, 2025. The new version will make changes to the look and feel of the TDNext interface used to work customer tickets, including more streamlined navigation. While these changes apply broadly across the TDNext platform, they will not affect the Web Plan Manager, Card Wall, the Asset / CI Relationship viewer, or the Workflow History viewer.

Scheduled Service Change - Migration of Quest Active Roles ver. 8.2

<div>The Quest ARS service will be migrated from the current 7.3 version to a new 8.2 version. Users must install the new 8.2 MMC client to use the new instance. The web interface will require Duo multi-factor authentication to log in.</div>

Scheduled Service Change - Baker Inst. Bldgs. 1772 & 1782 Network and Telephone Outage July 10, 4-7am

<div>Network connectivity and telephone services to Baker Institute buildings 1772 (JL Swanson Wildlife Health Ctr.) and 1782 (Baker Inst. CCGR Office Bldg.) will be interrupted on Thursday, July 10, 2025, between 4am and 7am to facilitate replacement of fiber optic cables providing service to those two buildings.</div>
