Performance Issue - Google Drive Performance Issues

<div>UPDATE: As a workaround, Google suggests that customers try rebooting their routers, or accessing Google services using a mobile device.<br><br>Google reports issues with Google Drive and related services including Google Docs and Google Sheets. They are investigating the issue and working on a resolution.&nbsp;<br><br>Some customers are encountering SSL errors such as "This site can't provide a secure connection / ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR" when attempting to access Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.</div>

Scheduled Service Change - PeopleSoft Online and Batch Object Migration

<div>PeopleSoft Student Center, Faculty Center, Student Essentials, ePay, Student Admissions, Contributor Relations, Financial Aid, Student Financials, Student Records, and Student Employment (PSES) may be unavailable on Thursday, November 13, 2025, between approximately 4:00am and 7:00am for the migration of online and batch objects to PeopleSoft Production (PSPROD).</div>

There will be two reboots, each lasting 10 minutes. Unplanned Outage - TeamDynamix TDNext application currently unavailable

<div>UPDATE: The vendor reports the deployed fix has not improved service performance. They consider the issue a high priority and are continuing to work toward a solution.<br><br>Support ticket replies and TeamDynamix forms are reported to still be functioning. The TeamDynamix Portal site and administrative features are still available.&nbsp;</div>

Scheduled Service Change - Enable Tagging for Cornell Email that fails DMARC

<div>Starting Monday, November 10, 2025, Cornell will begin tagging emails that fail DMARC policy with a security warning. Looking forward, IT staff should be aware that, starting Wednesday, January 28, 2026, DMARC-non-compliant emails will be blocked. &nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>To support this transition, notifications and reminders have been sent to non-compliant EGA address owners with instructions on what they need to do to comply with DMARC policy and avoid disruptions.

Scheduled Service Change - Canvas Learning Management System - impacting maintenance

<div>Instructure, the Canvas vendor, will be performing a maintenance event on your New Quizzes instance on November 13, 2025 at 3:00 AM ET. Maintenance work is expected to last up to one hour. Users may not be able to access New Quizzes during the maintenance window.
