<div>There are issues with CloudFlare affecting multiple Cornell IT services, including authentication. Cloudflare is a global internet content and services distribution network on which many services rely.</div>
<div>On Tuesday, November 18th, 2025, between 5:00am and 7:00am, CIT Network Engineering will upgrade the code on 4 campus Managed Firewall Appliances. There will be two reboots, each lasting 10 minutes. <div>Last month a registration reminder prompt was introduced in CUWebLogin for people who are eligible to enroll in Secure Connect but have not yet done so. The prompt asks eligible people to enroll now and also gives a choice to remind them later in 30 days. This change reduces the deferment time from 30 days to 7 days.</div>
<div>On Monday, November 17, 2025, Cornell will begin sending a daily report to customers who use their Cornell email address to send mailings from 3rd parties. These messages will be blocked by DMARC starting Wednesday, January 28, 2026.<br><br>This is the message customers will receive:<br><br>You are receiving this notification because records show that email sent from your Cornell NetID account has failed DMARC email security policy.
<div>UPDATE: As a workaround, Google suggests that customers try rebooting their routers, or accessing Google services using a mobile device.<br><br>Google reports issues with Google Drive and related services including Google Docs and Google Sheets. They are investigating the issue and working on a resolution. <br><br>Some customers are encountering SSL errors such as "This site can't provide a secure connection / ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR" when attempting to access Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.</div>
<div>PeopleSoft Student Center, Faculty Center, Student Essentials, ePay, Student Admissions, Contributor Relations, Financial Aid, Student Financials, Student Records, and Student Employment (PSES) may be unavailable on Thursday, November 13, 2025, between approximately 4:00am and 7:00am for the migration of online and batch objects to PeopleSoft Production (PSPROD).</div>

<div>UPDATE: The vendor reports the deployed fix has not improved service performance. They consider the issue a high priority and are continuing to work toward a solution.<br><br>Support ticket replies and TeamDynamix forms are reported to still be functioning. The TeamDynamix Portal site and administrative features are still available. </div>
