Registration is now open in CULearn for Procurement Certification Program courses.

Procurement and Payment Services is pleased to announce that, as of July 1, 2020, Cornell has awarded a university-wide, five-year, single-source agreement to Sedgwick Business Interiors for furniture, office and wall systems, design and planning services, installation, and warehousing.

KFSIDR 1040 is a free, hands-on class is designed for accounting staff who need to review and monitor both transactional and summary level data at the individual account level.

This class takes place Thursday, May 7, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., via Zoom.

Beginning in late April or early May 2020, SAP Concur will release a new version of its mobile app (v. 9.79). To prioritize resources and increase security, with this release Concur will only support the current and six earlier versions of the app at any given time.

We have made it to the end of our project to implement the Concur travel system at Cornell! Now that all faculty and staff travelers and travel arrangers are using Concur, here are some things you'll need to do in the new year:

The newly revamped Procurement Certification Program begins in October, and registration is now open in CULearn! The program includes five core courses and four electives.

Catering by Luna now has a catering agreement with Cornell, bringing the number of local caterers with agreements to six. You’ll save time hiring caterers that have Cornell pricing agreements, because these caterers don’t need to complete a caterer contract.

The Division of Financial Affairs (DFA) hosted a "DFA Conversations" event February 28, at which they featured SAP Concur, Cornell's new travel system.

Based on user response, Procurement and Payment Services will continue to conduct monthly e-SHOP training webinars. Through the workshops, we provide basic e-SHOP training and show you features that can help make ordering easier.

Johnston Food Service and Cleaning Solutions was added to e-SHOP September 1 as a new preferred supplier for janitorial supplies and equipment, paper towels, and bath tissue.
