Five-year single-source agreement awarded to Sedgwick Business Interiors

Procurement and Payment Services is pleased to announce that, as of July 1, 2020, Cornell has awarded a university-wide, five-year, single-source agreement to Sedgwick Business Interiors for furniture, office and wall systems, design and planning services, installation, and warehousing. Sedgwick has been Cornell’s preferred supplier for 16 years.

Sedgwick supplies Herman Miller furniture, DIIRT wall systems, and many other brands that meet the campus’s needs with responsible, sustainable solutions. Their uniform supply standards allow for deeper discounting structures for cost savings, as well as less waste by allowing for reconfigurations of comparable products. Sedgwick Business Interiors invites you to browse furniture and discuss your interior ideas and plans with one of their experienced sales representatives at their East Hill Plaza showroom. With their chair demo program, you can try various seating options to ensure the best ergonomic fit.

Sedgwick’s Asset Inventory Management Program offers warehousing of used furnishings at their facility located at Dutch Mill Road by appointment. As a preferred supplier, Sedgwick provides Cornell with substantial discounts on all furniture lines, rebates and additional rebates from Herman Miller, as well as discounted payment terms.
