Main (DFA)

All banks offer notary services. CFCU Community Credit Union at East Hill Plaza offers free notary services to credit union members, and charges a $2.00 fee for non-members. Tompkins Trust Company at the Campus Store does not charge a fee for notary services.

If you are unable to use a bank to obtain notary service, the following individuals in DFS are public notaries.
