KFSPUR-400REQ-Class (Purchasing Requisition)

This class will cover the detailed use of the Requisition e-doc, including purchasing capital assets and recurring orders (blankets). We will also discuss creating requisitions using the KFS shop catalog feature (e-SHOP).

This hands-on class will cover four scenarios:

1. Creating a basic requisition
2. Creating a Capital Asset requisition
3. Creating a Recurring requisition
4. Creating an e-SHOP order

Who should attend?

Individuals involved with creating requisitions and processing e-SHOP orders. If only using e-SHOP, you can take the KFSPUR-400eSHOP-Tutorial (Using e-SHOP) tutorial.

• Go to CULearn. You will have to log in with your NetID.
• In the Find a Course box, type in the keywords of your search or the course number (e.g., "KFSCOA-150") of the class or tutorial you want to take.
• Click the title of the result matching your search criteria.
