The legacy Web Financials (WebFin) Reporting System will be retired on April 1, 2022. Data available prior to the KFS implementation in July 2011 will continue to be accessible through other applications, such as

KFSIDR 1040: The Wonderful World of WebFin2

This is a hands-on class is designed for accounting staff who need to review and monitor both transactional and summary level data at the individual account level.

Prerequisite: You must have KFS Accounting Dashboards access when registering for this class. If you do not, submit a request to your Business Service Center to give you the KFS Staff Accounting role in Cynergy.

New Class Available: KFSIDR 1040 - The Wonderful World of WebFin2

KFSIDR 1040 is a free, hands-on class is designed for accounting staff who need to review and monitor both transactional and summary level data at the individual account level.

This class takes place Thursday, May 7, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., via Zoom.

FIN 115: Financial Reporting Dashboard, Sponsored Financial Activity

Prerequisite: FIN 114: Financial Management of Sponsored Projects

This course is an overview of the Sponsored Financial Activity dashboard, which presents financial activity associated with sponsored projects. You will learn how to analyze your project by reviewing the current financial status and monitoring activity on a regular basis.

KFSIDR-1050: Using KFS Dashboards to Manage Accounts and Transactions (New! Replaces KFSIDR-1000 and KFSIDR-1100)

Prerequisite: Using KFS Dashboards Overview Tutorial (KFSIDR-1000DASH-Tutorial).

This class combines the previous KFSIDR-1000 and KFSIDR-1100 classes.

Introduction to Creating an OBIEE (OAS) Agent (iBot) - Video Tutorial

This video tutorial demonstrates how to create Agents in Oracle Analytics Server (OAS). Agents are queries that can be established to run periodically (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) and email the results to a number of recipients. Agents provide a way to monitor activity and catch discrepancies without having to manually run a report.
