Cornell University orders a significant amount of auto parts and supplies for the large number of vehicles it owns or leases. High-quality merchandise, dependable delivery, superior service and price discounts are crucial factors in the choice of suppliers. The suppliers in the following commodities offer these benefits. Note: Most local Goodyear tire distributors, including Trombley Tire and Auto in Ithaca, honor the State Bid Pricing Contract. Before ordering, please inquire with the Goodyear tire dealer to make sure they are able to honor this contract.
Note: Typically, contracts are awarded to vendors in the fall, and there are different build-out dates for each brand that usually expire in the spring. Orders should be placed with Procurement Services four weeks before the build-out date to ensure delivery.
