Cornell University orders a multitude of different compressed and liquefied gases for use in research, teaching, operations, etc. Depending on the gas and the purpose for its use, quantities vary widely from one-time small cylinders of some specialty gas to frequent, large bulk deliveries.
Airgas USA provides service, products, and training for cylinder gas and liquid helium. Please contact them in advance for specialty gases as lead time may be longer for non-standard items. Airgas also offers many other special services including inspection and training.
Linde Inc. (formerly Praxair Inc.) provides the product for large bulk tanks of liquid nitrogen.
