Buying Manual section 203, Payment by Disbursement Voucher, has been updated to allow for payment of writers and editors via disbursement voucher with the use of the Service Provider Contract for Writing and/or Editing.
Buying Manual section 502, Contracts and section 700, Paying for Services have been updated to include the new service provider contract for writing and/or editing.
In addition, the service provider attestation has been updated in the following contracts:
- Caterer
- Performer without Equipment
- Performer with Equipment
- Services Provider
- Service Provider for Graphic Design, Web Design, Videography
- Service Provider for Photographer, Artist, Illustrator
Finally, the signature page has been moved to the last page of the consulting agreements, and a check box has been added to the appendices for attachments.
