Procurement releasing Amazon integrated search on March 13

Beginning Monday, March 13, 2023, Amazon’s search function will be integrated with e-SHOP, making it easier for you to find and purchase what you need.

With this new feature, you can search Amazon’s inventory within e-SHOP.

• See search results with current pricing without punching out to the Amazon site.
• View search results in two tabs (see example image below)
  • Search Results contains hosted catalog results.
  • External Marketplace Results contains items available on the Amazon site.
• Select the Order From Supplier button to add items to your cart.
  • Taking this action in e-SHOP will open the item on Cornell’s Amazon Business site in a separate window and automatically add the item to your cart (see example image below).

After you add items to your cart, the e-SHOP process will proceed normally.

Search Results Example: The search term “USB flash drive” will yield standard hosted catalog search results in e-SHOP (1207 below) as well as a second tab for External Marketplace Results (currently available items at Amazon).
