Effective January 31, 2020, Procurement and Payment Services made the following updates to the Buying Manual:
- Section 302, PCard Prohibited Transactions: Added controlled substances to the prohibited list in accordance with Section 628, Controlled Substances.
- Sections 351-352, Corporate Travel Card Introduction and Responsibilities: The personal-liability corporate card program ended on December 31, 2019 and these sections were removed from the Buying Manual.
- Section 614, Orders Using Sponsored Funds: Updated the reference for federally funded acquisitions.
- Section 620, Arts and Sciences’ Concert Series and Performances: Updated the signature authority delegate.
