e-SHOP Monthly Webinars Scheduled

Last year Procurement’s e-Business team hosted monthly e-SHOP workshops at various computer labs across the Ithaca campus. The workshops included a 20-minute overview of e-SHOP’s features and 40 minutes of questions and answers and hands-on experience.

To reach a broader audience, this year we will be conducting monthly webinars. Through the workshops, we learned that many people have not had e-SHOP training and were not aware of features that are available to make ordering easier. Please take an hour to join us from your desk.  Bring your questions. Bring orders you need to place. Bring your account list, and we will create your KFS favorite default account list. We will help you set up default delivery addresses and create shopping lists for frequently or infrequently purchased items.

In the meantime, to help you get started on placing orders, we published a one-page e-SHOP User Quick Guide (PDF, 132 KB) and a more in-depth e-SHOP Reference Guide (PDF, 3.02 MB) containing step-by-step instructions on items such as navigating the Home page, searching in e-SHOP, placing orders, checking order status, creating favorites, completing the KFS requisition, and more.
