Starting November 17, 2025, Concur will introduce some changes to its site navigation and profile menu to improve your experience.
The drop-down menu near the SAP Concur logo will be replaced with a new side-panel navigation that will be visible throughout the site. All Concur options will be represented by icons, which you can expand to see more detail.
When you click the Profile icon in the upper-right corner, you'll see important content related to legal information and other topics, such as service status. This information was previously found in the page footer, which will be removed.
In October, the seat selection functionality has been moved to a dedicated Seats section on the Review and Book screen. This new layout clearly shows when seats are missing, and which seat is selected for each flight segment.
Previously, Seats selection was located in the Flight Itinerary section. This change improves the flow of the booking process.
In January 2026, expect a redesigned home page banner that will feature common user tasks, such as planning a trip or creating an expense report.
