Notice of Intent to Borrow for Capital Project

Use this form to notify the Treasurer's Office of plans to request debt for a capital project. The Treasurer's Office reviews the document, and then reviews it with the Internal Debt Committee for debt prioritization. If the Committee approves the project during their quarterly meeting, it will be added to the university's capital plan for final approval.

Save a copy of this form for your records by printing it to paper or saving it as a PDF or another format before submitting.
