Changing Your Merchant Setup

Please contact the Cornell Credit Card Payment Processing team to make the following changes to your current merchant setup:

• Opening additional merchant IDs (MID). See Requesting another department MID under the same Cardpointe Customer ID.
• Adding, editing, or removing users from Cardpointe: This process can be also handled by the department's Cardpointe administrator.
• Ordering new devices.
• Adding new hosted payment pages (HPP) to an existing MID.
• Closing merchant IDs: Provide the MID number(s) and reason for closure.
