After the winter break, beginning Jan. 2, 2024, the Shared Services Center (SSC) will offer daily drop-in virtual office hour sessions to help you with services or questions about any of our functional areas (Financial Management and Reporting, Procure-to-Pay, Travel and Training). SSC staff members from each functional area will be present at the sessions. Feel free to join or leave the sessions at your leisure.
Daily Virtual Office Hours
These sessions are not held on university employee holidays.
- Mondays, 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Tuesdays, 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
- Wednesdays, 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
- Thursdays, 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Fridays, 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
