As of April 2, 2023, several changes are available in the I Want doc that we hope will improve the user’s experience. These changes were made based on customer and focus group feedback.
Two views will be available: four-step and single-page modes. The option buttons will change in the two views:
The image below shows the options you will see when you first open a new I Want doc. You will be in the traditional four-step mode. The usual Continue, Save, Close, and Cancel buttons are visible. The new option is Show 1 Page, which shows the document on one continuous page.
When you switch to viewing the doc on one page, the options change. The image below shows options available when viewing in the single-page mode, which shows the Submit button instead of Continue. You can select Show 4 Steps to toggle back to the four-step mode.

In the Order Completed section, two options are available:
Select the first option to send the document to the service center for processing. If the unit has already processed the request, choose the second option to approve and finalize (close) the request.
