Scheduled Service Change - Update to HAProxy for RDS (rds-proxy)

<div>On Sunday April 12, from 7-9am, HAProxy for RDS (rds-proxy) will be updated for proxied RDS DBs as follows:&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>-Proxies for production databases: The service will be unavailable during the maintenance window as new resources are deployed for the proxies. DB clients connected to RDS instances through rds-proxy will see a 5-20 minute service interruption.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>-Proxies for development and test databases: DB clients connected to RDS instances through rds-proxy will experience a 5-20 minute service interruption, but will be able to reconnect immediately.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>A list of proxied RDS databases is available at <a href="https://confluence.cornell.edu/spaces/CLOUD/pages/354193839/HAProxy+for+... for RDS (rds-proxy)</a> on Confluence (sign-in required).</div>
