Standard Reference Numbers

“Standard reference numbers” were associated with specific business processes (pre-Kuali Financial System) and were used to trace the origins of certain transactions on the monthly transaction statements. The document below contains a list of those reference numbers along with a description of and contact information for the business process associated with each.

These reference numbers appear on the “Transaction by Month” monthly accounting statement and in the Accounting Data Warehouse in “TransactionDetailModel-new,” “TransactionDetailLocal,” and “TransactionDetailREPTS.”
