Scheduled Service Change - Blocking domains associated with WebinarTV.us at Zoom account level

<div>At this time, we will blocking several domains from being able to join meetings and webinars hosted on the Cornell Zoom instance. These domains are associated with unwanted capture and recording services which have been joining Cornell Zoom events, recording the event, and then re-hosting these recordings as a commercial offering (without consent from the event host or the university). Individuals who have already added custom domain blocks will have their prior settings overridden by this change, and these settings will be locked. Users who need to make additional domain blocks, have prior blocks restored, or have these options returned to an unlocked state can contact the IT Service Desk for assistance being moved to a group to restore these options.</div>
