Scheduled Service Change - e-List servers down for Oracle Database patching

<div>On Sunday, Dec 21, 2025, between 7:45-9:45am ET, all three e-list servers will be unavailable during Oracle Database patching. The three e-list servers are Y1, the main, Y2, the alternate, and B1, the bulkmail Cornell e-list server.&nbsp;<br><br>Server details:<br>The Main (Y1) includes e-lists administered via https://www.list.cornell.edu&nbsp;<br>The Alternate (Y2) includes e-lists administered via https://hp.list.cornell.edu and https://appgen.list.cornell.edu, which include net-announce-L, specialconditions-L, and crime-alerts-L.&nbsp;<br>The Bulk Email (B1) includes e-lists administered via https://www.bulk.cornell.edu</div><div><br>e-List e-mail to those e-lists will be delayed, queued during and processed and sent after the down time. The admin web interfaces will be unavailable.</div>
