Scheduled Service Change - Update Default Microsoft Defender Exchange Policies and Actions.

<div>Microsoft A5 Defender is being updated for all Cornell Outlook accounts on Monday, December 15, at 6am ET.&nbsp;<br><br>The updated Microsoft Defender Policy for Microsoft Exchange will better identify Phishing email and quarantine or route such emails to Junk email folders. These changes have been tested by the a Pilot Group for over a year and the pilot was expanded to include all IT Staff on 11/24/2025. No major issues were reported in the pilot.</div>
