Scheduled Service Change - Modify NetID self-service recovery application to support Duo activation

<div>UPDATED: On Friday, October 31, CIT will update the <a href="http://netid.cornell.edu/">NetID self-service</a> recovery application to include a link for customers to activate Duo Two-Step Login on their devices. For example, customers who have a new phone, replaced an old phone, or have not installed the Duo app will be able to activate Duo on the new device without needing to contact the IT Service Desk.<br><br></div><div>Only those who already registered with Duo will be able to use this feature. This update does not allow customers to generate their own <a href="https://it.cornell.edu/twostep/i-forgot-my-device-or-passcode-two-step-l... bypass code</a>.</div>
