Unplanned Outage - PeopleSoft SFTP, Email, and AppStream Access

<div>There is currently a partial outage affecting access to PeopleSoft functions in the production environment. While the PeopleSoft application itself remains operational, the SFTP File and Email Servers are currently unavailable.&nbsp; Processes uploading, sending, or receiving files or emails should remain on hold. PeopleSoft Operations and Sierra-Cedar are unable to access AWS WorkSpaces/AppStream tools to make updates or deploy changes to production.<br><br>This issue limits the ability to perform critical configuration or development tasks, including:</div><div>• Code migrations</div><div>• Emergency fixes</div><div>• Configuration updates</div>
