Performance Issue - Microsoft 365 Exchange Email Connection issues

<div>UPDATE: The vendor has begun a broadly expedited deployment of the configuration change across all affected infrastructure and expects all impacted Exchange Email customers will experience relief within the next two hours<br><br>Previously, Microsoft 365 Exchange Email Connection issues were reported by customers in Ithaca and at Weill Cornell Medicine. Exchange customers may not be able to access their mailbox using any connection method. CIT is aware of the issue and investigating.&nbsp;<br><br>Initial diagnosis: The vendor reported a recent service update to an authentication component was unintentionally preventing access for a subset of users, resulting in intermittent service unavailability.&nbsp;</div>
