Unplanned Outage - Pantheon Intermittent Service Issues

<div>Update: CIT is continuing to work on resolving the issue, with the remaining challenges focused on Git and SFTP workflows. Uptime remains unaffected, and sites are stable.<br><br>Pantheon hosted websites, including <strong>gradschool.cornell.edu</strong> and <strong>news.cornell.edu,</strong> are experiencing intermittent service. Customers may see the message, "the application did not respond in time," while the websites are unavailable. CIT and Pantheon are working to resolve the infrastructure failure impacting customer sites. The Pantheon team has identified the problem and is implementing the necessary fixes to the affected resources.
