Scheduled Service Change - Upgrade Wi-Fi infrastructure and implement WPA3 and 6GHz campus-wide

<div>On Wednesday, January 7th, 2026 at 5:00 am the Cornell University Wi-Fi system will be unavailable for 10-15 minutes to apply routine firmware patching. All three Wi-Fi networks will be affected including eduroam, RedRover, and Cornell-Visitor.<br><br>Locations affected include:</div><ul><li>Ithaca Campus</li><li>Cornell AgriTech in Geneva</li><li>Cornell Tech Campus, Roosevelt Island</li><li>Cornell Ruffian Equine, Elmont, NY</li><li>570 Lexington Offices, New York, NY</li></ul>
