Scheduled Service Change - Canvas Data Retention: Deleting Courses

<div>On August 6, 2025, Canvas data retention policies will be implemented, deleting SIS-managed courses that are older than five years (2019FA and prior). These courses have been previously flagged for deletion. Perpetual term courses will not be impacted at this time.
