<div>Update: RingCentral Operations teams have implemented a fix and internal metrics are suggesting service restoration. Teams will continue to monitor for stability. Cornell Voice Engineering is actively monitoring services and will continue to communicate any changes in status throughout the day.<br><br>The RingCentral service is reporting call failures and call drops. This is impacting Cornell voice services that run on RingCentral. IT staff are working with the vendor to gather more information.</div>
