Performance Issue - Adding EGA fails at authentication on Classic Windows

<div>IT is investigating confirmed reports that adding an Exchange Group Account (EGA) to classic Outlook on Windows is failing at the authentication stage. The EGAs can be accessed via Outlook on the Web or new Outlook on macOS.
