Cornell Asset Transfer System

The Cornell Asset Transfer System (CATS) is managed through TeamDynamix (TDX), Cornell’s service management and request system, which allows us to optimize CATS with workflows, approvals, and reporting capabilities. The Capital Assets team will review all posted assets before they become visible to others. Personal items are not permitted.

All policies still apply, including those related to transferring and disposing capital assets. For information on asset policy, see University Policy 3.9, Capital Assets.
