The Office of the Bursar produces the Form 1098-T (Tuition Statement) in accordance with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). The IRS requires that Form 1098-T reports amounts paid toward qualified tuition and related expenses (box 1). Room, board, insurance, and miscellaneous fees are not reported on the form. Box 5 reports all scholarships and grants received during the calendar year.
Students can access their 1098-T electronically in Cashnet by logging in with their NetID and password. To opt-in for electronic-only (paperless) delivery:
Students must grant consent for others to access the 1098-T documents. To grant access to another person, follow the instructions below.

If you already have an SSN or ITIN, and have not previously submitted it, please report it by November 30 to the Office of the University Registrar using the following process. Do not send personal information via email.
