Procurement Services hosts annual supplier show June 1 |

Procurement Services will host its annual supplier show June 1, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. in Barton Hall. The event provides an opportunity for members of the Cornell community to meet Cornell’s contract suppliers, learn about their products and services, and hear about the savings and efficiencies they provide.
Participants who register online and attend the show will be eligible to win door prizes. You do not have to be present at the time of the drawing to win a prize. Read more... |

Two Procurement Certification training sessions coming this fall |

This fall, the Procurement Certification Program sessions will be offered in September and October. In future years, the program will be offered twice a year with fall and spring sessions, and it will be open to all staff members. The certificate program is designed to guide participants through the purchasing decision process from identifying the appropriate payment method, selecting a vendor, processing a purchase order, identifying independent contractors, paying for services, and more. Printing from KFS after the recent upgrade |

Since the KFS upgrade, the ability to print documents using the browser print button from within the KFS application is no longer available. The new user interface includes features such as floating buttons, collapsible menus and hover-over text, which are not printable but significantly improve the usability. Users are asked to avoid printing, whenever possible, but options are available for instances where printing is unavoidable. Read more... |
