The issue appears to be related to specific browsers and may be caused by corrupted cookies. In affected browsers, clicking "Page not secure" and following steps to clear cookies and site data may resolve the issue.<br><br>The login error has been reported as affecting those trying to log in to the TeamDynamix Client Portal, which includes attempts to use Service Request forms that are part of TeamDynamix. The same advice for resolving the issue by clearing cookies and data for the website(s) in question apply. <br><br>**<br><br>IT staff have determined that clearing cached cookies for the TDX website may resolve the error:<br><br>Chrome<br>Click Site information icon (lines with circles in them) in Address bar > Cookies and site data > Manage on-device site data > click trash can icon for both tdx.cornell.edu and cornell.edu<br><br>Firefox <br>Click Site information icon (lock) in Address bar > Clear cookies and site data > Remove<br><br>Microsoft Edge <br>Click Site information icon (lock) in Address bar > Cookies and site data > Cookies > highlight tdx.cornell.edu, click Remove, then highlight cornell.edu, click Remove > click Done<br><br>Those who have Secure Connect (Beyond Identity passkey login) who have cleared cookies and data to resolve the issue may need to set up Secure Connect again in the browser.
