If you are a degree candidate expecting to graduate this May, don't forget to complete these tasks before graduation:
All amounts due on the April 2023 Bursar e-billing statement (due May 7), including CornellCard balances, must be paid before graduation to receive your diploma.
Important! Charges incurred near graduation may not appear until the June or July e-billing statement. After May, if you have outstanding charges, you will receive an email notification, sent to your Cornell email address, that a new bill is available. It is important that, when you receive these emails, you review your bill via Cashnet. To forward your Cornell email to a non-Cornell email address, go to http://whoiam.cornell.edu, and add your alternate email address on the Electronic Mail tab.
If you have questions about your account, contact Student Account Services.
If you received long-term loans from federal or university loan programs, you must complete a student loan exit interview before you can receive your diploma or official transcript.
Exit interviews are conducted online. As a degree candidate, you should have received an email notifying you to complete your exit interview with details about how to do so.
If you have any questions about this process, email Student Loan Repayment and Collections.
